Academic Commons provides reliable, long-term access to digital works produced by Willamette University community members. The Commons is sponsored by the Mark O. Hatfield Library and Willamette Integrated Technology Services.

Collections Overview

University Collections are curated by the Hatfield Library, University Archives, Hallie Ford Museum of Art, and Willamette University faculty. Current collections include images of art works, undergraduate research, university publications, rare books, and manuscripts. Access to licensed art images is restricted to members of the Willamette University community.

Community Collections are maintained by academic and administrative departments. They may include published articles, preprints, undergraduate theses, conference proceedings, white papers, data sets, images, and other products of Willamette University faculty, staff, and students. Access to some collections is restricted to members of the Willamette University community.

The Academic Commons is created and maintained using the DSpace and CONTENTdm repository applications and the LibraryFind metasearch tool.
