Many collections of digital materials fall outside the guidelines for inclusion in the Academic Commons. However, these "other" collections might be much more useful if they were organized and managed and if they could be shared on some type of ad hoc basis with students, other researchers or assessment bodies. A variety of technologies are available to serve these needs. WITS and Library staff will work with individuals and groups to determine the requirements of each collection and to develop the most appropriate management solution.
