What to Submit
Students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to express themselves in a medium that they
feel best encapsulates
their unique lived experience during COVID.
Sketches, audio recording of music, a recorded dance performance,
a photograph, poem, story, or essay are all viable options to submit to the archives for
preservation. Acceptable file types include:
.docx, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .wav, .aiff, .mp4 and .mov. Submissions must not exceed 1GB in
size.
How to Submit
There are two ways to share your experiences. You can share your experiences with the
Willamette community today by contributing to the public collection. Your contribution to this collection may also be included in a digital exhibit
during the second phase of this project.
Share your Experience with Others Today
Or if you prefer, you
can add your experiences to a historical collection that will be hidden from view for 5
years (2025).
Contribute your Experience to Historical Collection (release date
2025)
Interested in submitting an item but withholding your name? Or, do you have an original work to donate that you are unable to upload (e.g. written diary, sketch, etc.)?
